Fruit juice beverage is made by adding water, sugar solution and sour agent into fruit juice or concentrated fruit juice. The content of fruit juice in the finished product is not less than 100g/L. When the content of fruit juice in the finished product is 50~100g/L, it is called fruit beverage. Products with high sugar content and diluted before drinking is called fruit drink thick pulp. The content of fruit juice in the finished product should not be less than 50g/L times the dilution ratio indicated on the product label. Juice drinks and fruit drinks have clear juice and muddy juice.
